THE WELL FACILITY MANAGER
The Facility Manager oversees the daily operations, safety, and maintenance of The Well. This role ensures a positive experience for guests, athletes, staff, and vendors by coordinating schedules, managing staff and volunteers, maintaining equipment and facilities, and enforcing policies and safety standards. The manager also works with programs, events, and rentals to ensure efficient use of the facility while supporting the organization’s mission and goals.
